How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info@balkanfarms.ca with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible and ship it back using the provided instructions.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refund Details

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after we confirm the return.
• Original shipping costs are refunded if the return is due to a product defect or our error.
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Conditions

• Items should be returned in their original condition — unused and with original packaging intact where possible.
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• We may ask you to return the item, or we may waive the physical return depending on the circumstances.
• Items that have been altered, assembled, or installed may not be eligible for a full return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a quality issue, contact us immediately at info@balkanfarms.ca. We will replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping costs. Please include a photo of the damage if possible — this helps us file a claim with the carrier and improve our packaging.

Your Rights Under BC Law

Under the British Columbia Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to certain protections regarding product quality and fair business practices. This return policy is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law.
